What we get asked most before a first appointment.
Can I book nails and hair in the same visit?+
Yes. Book nails on Booksy and hair/colour/facial on WhatsApp with the relevant specialist, and let her know the time you already have so we can try to line up both appointments back to back.
How long does each service take?+
It varies by service — you'll find the details on the Services page. A complete manicure runs about 45–60 min; a full colour service can take 2–3 h.
What happens if I need to cancel?+
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 h before. With less notice, check each channel's policy (Booksy applies a no-show fee).
How do I choose my nail design?+
You don't need to decide in advance. Bring ideas, Instagram photos, or come with nothing in mind — we'll talk it through at the start of your appointment.
Do you take walk-ins?+
We always work by appointment to guarantee time and quality. If you come without a booking and there's a free slot, we may be able to fit you in, but we can't guarantee availability.
Before you come
Arrive 5 minutes early
It helps us start on time and make the most of your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 min late, we may need to adjust the service.
24 h notice
You can cancel for free up to 24 h before your appointment. With less notice, Booksy may apply a no-show fee.
Card or cash
We accept both. For online bookings of longer services, Booksy may ask for a small deposit that's deducted from the total.
